Linen

Our practise is to refresh your bed linens every third day, but we will gladly change them as often as you wish.
Please leave the Linen Card (located inside your keycard holder) on top of your pillow if you would like your bed linens changed.

Towels
Our practice is to refresh towels daily, but we support our guests desire to reduce water and energy wastage.
Please hang your towels to indicate that you wish to re-use them.

SAFETY PROCEDURES
In Case of Fire
In the event of a fire, leave your room immediately and close the door behind you. Proceed to the nearest exit, and if possible, activate the fire alarm in the corridor or on your way out. Once outside, assemble in the hotel lobby or the designated meeting area. To ensure safety, always check your room for potential fire hazards before retiring for the night or leaving the premises, and practice fire prevention at all times.
Additional Safety Measures
For additional safety, the hotel is equipped with a defibrillator and naloxone kits, which are accessible in case of emergencies. Our staff are trained to assist in their use to ensure guest and visitor well-being
SMOKING POLICY
We are committed to a smoke-free policy. A $500 room recovery fee will be charged for smoking in your room.
